Three phases. The middle one changes per idea.

Most tools run the same pipeline whatever you type. This one decides what your business is first, then goes and reads the places that business actually lives.

01

Read the idea

One pass works out what the business actually is, and names a new category when none of ours fits. A crochet studio is handmade goods, not hardware. That single decision picks every source used below it.

The planner is one cheap ungrounded call that decides the whole run: the category, which channels to search, which communities to read, which competitor queries to run, and which analysis agents are worth running at all. Everything it proposes is clamped in code before use — the model suggests, the code decides.

02

Go and read

App stores for apps, Etsy and Amazon for goods, Kickstarter for devices, local directories for a business bound to one city. Then the subreddits and forums your actual customers use, not a fixed list.

Store search and review scraping run only when the competitors are genuinely apps. Everything else goes through grounded discovery across marketplaces, crowdfunding, product directories and local operators. Both your own storefront and the US one are read, and every finding is tagged local or global.

Ops & Sourcing Plan
The six channels are the complete set the pipeline can act on. Anything the planner proposes outside them is dropped in code.
03

Judge it, twice

Pain points and demand with a citation on every claim, the plan for what to ship or open first, and market sizing scored once globally and once for the city you are in.

The build plan is titled by the idea: an MVP roadmap for software, an ops and sourcing plan for a shop, and skipped entirely when a feature roadmap makes no sense. Up to two extra sections appear when the idea calls for them — licensing for a regulated business, unit economics for a physical one.
